Stop getting in the way school!!! D< But yea here it is, though I feel I rushed this a bit more than I would've liked...mainly because it's missing one of the characters I'll be revealing who's pretty important.

Some things to note for this, Riles is not an average Emolga. Generally he's fairly taller than the average Emolga as well as having a longer tail, mainly due to his parents. Riles also happens to be a darker fur tone compared to others as well as the most important thing, he does not have wings to glide. He's handicapped in that sense due to the fact he shares traits with his mother (an Emolga) and his biological father (who shall not be mentioned). Another thing to note is that Riles' hair is dyed blonde, naturally it would be a jet black to match is mother but, he'd rather not remember her every time he looks in a mirror.
Now that that's out of the way, onto the new characters...I won't get into too many details however I will introduce the fraternal (infernal as Riles would say) twins. The one with the blue flower is Mark, a Floette that enjoys getting on Riles' nerves. Something to note is that his tail ends with sharp edges. His older (by a few minutes) sister is named Mari, she works at the infirmary with Dr. Augustine as his right hand nurse. Unlike her brother her tail tip ends in a heart shape.
Lastly, I will not name the final character because it will be revealed in the comic. She's the figure on the cover page for "At Arm's Length" and what I might type next might be the truth or might not so take it with a grain of salt. The character is from the Kanto region in an attempt to reconcile with Riles over a past event they shared. She's around the same age as Riles and discovered his location through his sister, Eve. The mareep is very talkative but has trouble making friends due to the fact she focuses most of her time trying to get Riles to notice her. Also she loves sprinkles, rainbows, and fluffy clouds 8D. Like I said...grain of salt.
